Exchange Policy

The AFA Store is print-on-demand, meaning that all products are unique and manufactured upon being ordered. This also means that we are not able to process returns and exchanges for the wrong size or color, or if you simply change your mind.

However, in the case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error (incorrect printing, bad quality, etc.), we offer a free exchange if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. The AFA Store has a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • State if the issue is a due to damage or a manufacturing error
